TD Images of Nature

Tom Dusbabek was born and raised in Faribault, Minnesota. After being drafted into the Army in 1972 and stationed in Aschaffenburg, Germany, he developed an interest in photography and purchased his first 35mm SLR camera.

In 1987, his wife Pat and Tom moved to Colorado where he developed his interest in Wildlife and Landscape photography. Living in the foothills of Masonville, Colorado, only 40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, he has spent countless hours in the park filming its landscape and wildlife. They also spend a lot of time in other parts of Colorado, as well as, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona and Wyoming. Tom and his wife also own property in Island Park, Idaho, where they spend a lot of time in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and the surrounding area.

Tom is a self-taught photographer, who has spent many hours studying, reading books and photography magazines. He has learned from such notable professional photographers as John Shaw, Moose Peterson, Ken Rockwell, and many others. After several years in the field, Tom has honed his skills and is able to give to you the fine art prints you see.

Tom has also had some of his pictures published in the “Estes Park News” newspaper in Estes Park, Colorado and some his pictures have been featured on the front cover of their tourist magazines. Tom also has pictures on the National Wildlife Refuge Association website which are being used in some of their publications. To see the pictures Tom entered into the 2009 contest click here for 1st picture or here for 2nd picture.

I hope you enjoy my pictures as much as I have taking them. I appreciate your business and hope you will continue to purchase my images, as there is always something new out there to see.

Thank You,

Tom Dusbabek
